Looking for the best comedy in Atlanta? Then we’ve got you covered. While VSP does not have shows every week, that doesn't mean something hilarious isn't happening in Atlanta. In fact, we compiled our list of the top five funniest shows this weekend. Check out any one of these for a great time, and be on the lookout for our next big event.
CAMERON ESPOSITO
Cameron Esposito is a Los Angeles-based standup comic, actor, writer, and host. In addition to her work as a nationally touring headliner, Cameron has appeared on NBC, CBS, Comedy Central, TBS, IFC, E!, Cartoon Network and HBO Canada. She can be seen in the upcoming seasons of ABC’s A Million Little Things and The Rookie: Feds, Amazon’s With Love, and the E! Online podcast If We’re Being Honest With Laverne Cox. This year, Cameron hosted the 2nd Hollywood Critics Association TV Awards as well as AMC’s Obsessed With the Vampire. She has been named a Comic to Watch by The New York Times, Variety, The Guardian, LA Weekly, Time Out Los Angeles, Jezebel, Los Angeles Magazine and Cosmopolitan Magazine and was named “Best of 2018” by Time Magazine

NEAL BRENNAN
Three-time Emmy nominated writer, director, producer, and standup comedian Neal Brennan has become a force in the comedy world. His latest Netflix comedy special Neal Brennan: Blocks. He is a longtime collaborator of iconic comedian Dave Chappelle, with whom he has created multiple comedy fan favorites including the legendary Chappelle’s Show. Neal served as Executive Producer on Chris Rock’s recent standup special Chris Rock: Tamborine and as Director on fellow Daily Show Correspondent Michelle Wolf’s HBO special Michelle Wolf: Nice Lady. He has helped create and performed in numerous TV series and films.
TACKY SCRAP!
TackyScraps: Hold Up! is an improv duo brought to life by Cole (Tacky) Nowacki and Whittney (MeowScraps) Millsap. The format sends you on a journey with multiple characters and ongoing suggestions taken from the audience or each other in real time, giving the story an immediate altered result.
Cole and Whittney are two creatives that began as best friends and are now full-time loves. When spending time together, they enjoy making character bits, songs, and fanning the flames of the other's creative energy to see how outrageously far an idea can grow. Their passion for the intersection of flashy, bawdy, earnest comedy was the birthplace of TackyScraps.
KATHERINE BLANFORD
Katherine Blanford has brought her human Golden Retriever presence to stages across the country where she has shared the stage with the likes of Jeff Foxworthy, David Spade and Ron White.
You can catch her weekly co-hosting her podcast, Cheaties, with fellow ATL comedian, Lace Larrabee. The juicy series follows two comedians interviewing guests about their personal stories of cheating and being cheated on and helping each other heal through laughter. Cheaties has been consecutively ranked in Podcast Magazine’s Hot 50 and continues to climb the charts
